Riverland Releases…“Loud and Clear,” captures the conflicting emotions that bubble up when hearing that the one you love no longer needs you. This song, like Adam McDonough’s other releases, shines a very bright light on his talent for conveying raw honest feelings both in his lyrics and his performance. The duo Hearth add an incredible warmth and color to this intimate story of love lost with their vocals.

Adam McDonough, a Nashville-based singer/songwriter, known for his storytelling, has forged his own path on legendary stages all over the country. From delicate love songs to anthemic sing-alongs, Adam's marriage of power and purpose emanates from both his writing and performance. He has been featured alongside many notable artists including James McCartney, Foy Vance, and Chris Carmack (CMT's "Nashville"), and has recorded his music with major music producer Aaron Johnson (The Fray).
Hearth - Sara Horton and Melanie Wiggins - met in Brooklyn, New York where they began collaborating and performing. Sara’s memories of Open Hearth, a restaurant that her grandparents loved in her hometown of Greer, South Carolina, influenced not only this indie-folk duo's name but sound as well. Melanie is a Northern Virginian native, which is where she discovered a connection with Riverland Collective.
